The City of Edmonton is pleased to introduce Goodridge Corners, a fully City-led neighbourhood development.
Located in northwest Edmonton along 127 Street, just north of Anthony Henday Drive, Goodridge Corners sits at the intersection of the City of Edmonton, City of St. Albert, and Sturgeon County.
Over the coming years, the City will develop a new community focused on environmental sustainability, healthy living, and diverse housing options. The neighbourhood will feature an integrated network of pedestrian pathways, cycling routes, and green spaces designed to support an active, connected lifestyle.
The first residential stage includes 112 ground-oriented lots, offering a mix of single-family homes (front and lane access), semi-detached homes (front and lane access), and row housing with lane access.
